Making Music with iPad

I came across this video not too long and was pretty impressed with how much you can do with iPad. What do you guys think?

    It's cool, but totally impractical. Tapping the screen to make musical sounds? Why would you do that?

    Gorillaz fourth album, which was released free on Christmas day at Gorillaz.com was entirely composed from Damon Albarn's iPad.

    I think it's awesome, way better to have minimalism and shortcuts in the industry then people who can't afford as much are able to spread good new music to us.

    That's pretty cool. I know that the Gorillaz album the fall was created entirely on an Ipad.

    I personally dislike Apple and Macs in genreal... but isn't the MAC OSX Operatin System kind of geared towards music production? Like usually DJs at clubs and shit are reppin' MACs and I'm pretty sure for good reason... but the iPad does put an interesting twist on it all haha!
